G pumps
Electric motor-driven dosing pumps with plastic or aluminium corrosion-resistant housings and mechanically actuated diaphragms.
The mechanical principle of our Series G™ pumps is based on a variable eccentric design and stroke adjustment, until recently only found on high-use industrial pumps.
Series G™ dosing pumps are extremely flexible and come in a wide selection that withstands most chemicals.
Simple to use and robust: Stroke adjustment via variable cam,
Low output pulse rating (no water hammer),
Few moving parts makes for longer life,
Proportional dosing control,
Parts constructed in engineered plastic.
Special features: Compact and light (7-40 kg),
Their low output pulse rating eliminates water hammer phenomenon,
The automatic flow adjustment on Series G™ (G™ + VARIPULSE®) pumps makes it possible to control proportioning,
All mechanical parts are splash lubricated. Only the link rod and wheel/worm screw assembly move. This design reduces heating and enhances pump service life,
The housing on some models is constructed in corrosion-resistant glass fibre for enhanced robustness.
Technical principle:
The diaphragm is directly and mechanically connected to the mobile coupling on the drive (sliding block). The centre of the diaphragm moves according to the adjusted stroke length. The outer rim provides the seal.
Performances : Flow rates up to 1200 l/h,
Pressures up to 200 bar.
